Current NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks is the one in charge of the training of the female NXT roster because currently Sara del Rey is training the main roster.

NXT Divas and Superstars in danger of being fired

WWE is looking at making more budget cuts in the near future and that measure is that NXT is the next target of these cost-cutting measures. That was the first reason they fired 11 talents a few days ago, WWE plans to save money for the loses the company has suffered in the last few weeks and also since some talents being injured (short or long term) they also would like to bring some part timers lkie Brock Lesnar or The Rock 
The budget for NXT has already been cut in terms of production and post-production. WWE officials will be evaluating the NXT talent roster soon with a number of releases expected to be announced in July.

Now that Paige is the Divas champion, she is set to drop the NXT women´s championship within the next few weeks.The people who are in thought of being the next champion are Charlotte and Sasha Banks and Bayley would be chasing the title as the face.

Rumour: WWE wants NXT Divas in the main roster in 2014.

A lot of sites have been reporting that WWE want to bring NXT divas to the main roster, some of the will be brought in the start of 2014 and some later in the year.

It is expected for Emma paige and Lana to go to the main roster at the start of 2014 (Lana would be only a manager)

Charlotte, Bailey and Sasha are also expected to be in the main roster but in the middle of the year.
WWE also wants to bring ex-divas, there are also rumours that the company wants to re-activate the women´s championship
